Mission

Our mission is to provide quality products and services at competitive cost to improve the quality of life of our customers. At the same time we want to ensure our employees have the opportunity to develop to their full potential. To do our plans for the coming years are:

  • Continue to develop new projects for the supply of products and services in order to be the first choice for our customers.
  • Continue delivering products and services of the highest quality.
  • Continue exploring possibilities for key business, by buying know-how, companies and/or creating joint ventures.
  • Continue creating specific fabrication projects autonomously or with some of our principals and/or customers.
  • Hiring highly qualified personnel for the purpose of creating an organization that is motivated by safe and long term job opportunities.
  • Delegate authority and responsibility by creating a business organization to react to market changes.

Based on the constant technology and international and local markets changes, we invest in new products, projects and information systems and seek efficient and creative methods to continue growing.
Goals

It is our intentionnbsp;to expand our business during the coming years, by increasing our own production capacity. Additionally explore new business opportunities by buying know-how, companies and/or creating joint ventures, and study specific fabrication projects autonomously or with some of our principals and/or customers. Constantly also are evaluating projects in the area of services and retail. Our financial position is healthy and we want to venture into new areas to diversify our portfolio.

It will seek to maintain and hire highly qualified personnel for the purpose of creating an organization that is motivated by safe and long term job opportunities.

Constantly continue with the implementation of new technology and computer systems, expanding the capabilities of our core management system SAP in all group of companies, in order to improve the quality of our management information and service to our customers.

Every morning in Africa, the sun rises and rise gazelles. They know they must run faster than the fastest lion or die. But every morning also raised lions. They know they must out run the slowest gazelle or starve.
The dilemma is not whether you are a lion or gazelle, the truth is that every morning when the sun rises, you will have to run faster and better.
